Please note: Alex Berry IT cannot complete services that require hardware replacement parts or equipment unless the necessary parts or equipment are provided by the customer. If the service cannot be completed due to a hardware-related issue, the customer will not be charged for the service. If you are already aware that your issue may be hardware-related, please contact Alex Berry IT and provide details about the issue so we can determine whether the service can be completed.

Websites are created using Wix, providing a reliable platform with the flexibility to grow alongside your business. Additional Wix features, including online payments, loyalty programs, and other premium functionality, may require a Wix Premium plan, which is purchased and paid for separately by the customer.
A Wix Light plan or higher is required to connect a custom domain to the website.
The Wix plan and domain are separate from the website creation fee and remain under the customer's ownership.
